Laredo Center for the Arts in conjunction with the The Laredo Webb County Bar Association is proud to present the 2020 Law Day Student Virtual Poster Exhibit!
We are excited to celebrate Law Day this year! 2020 marks the 100th anniversary of the passing of the 19th Amendment, the historic addition to the Bill of Rights that guaranteed Women’s Right to Vote. American women fought for, and won, the right to vote through their voice and action. The women's suffrage movement changed the political landscape, and has been a source of inspiration for many Americans.
This exhibit serves as a challenge for young students so that they may learn about how the rule of law impacts their lives and communities. All students of the Laredo and Webb County area were invited to participate.
2020 Law Day Theme was
